We have a number of choices of how you can access therapy.  You can book to see your therapist face to face at one of our clinics in Worthing, Brighton, Hove or other locations where we work..

You might opt to receive some or all of your therapy via the phone, voip or internet.  This service is for people who are experiencing common mental health problems and are unable to attend one of our centres.
